Strong software skills, including expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (preferred).Experience developing/implementing documentation processes and standards.Strong training/instructional design skills.Provide training on updated processes as needed.Communicate with Senior level management regarding security remediation measures and provide status updates.Perform QA on existing documentation and interface with subject matter experts to clarify discrepancies.Develop/maintain standardized tools and processes for data collection, project tacking and reporting.
Develop network architecture diagrams and data flowcharts using Microsoft Visio and related tools.Write, edit, publish, and/or maintain technical documentation related to internal products developed in a variety of applications.
Interface with subject matter experts, management, and end users to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of product functions, features, and architecture.Highly detailed technical writer that will leverage experience and relationships to document both enterprise as well as citizen developed technology process and flows. In addition, this person will work with Ryder IT, Security, Platform Engineering and leadership to ensure there are no risks while streamlining remediation efforts.
